We’re excited to share this video with you today. You may have seen the rough draft we leaked a few weeks ago, but here’s the final version. This video features some movers and shakers over in Page County. Food Service Director Diane Dovel and her team are working in collaboration with local farmers to provide students in Page County with lunches that are nutritious, fresh and local. We hope you’ll be just as inspired as we are by their teamwork, shared commitment, and hard work.
This video was produced by Shenandoah Valley Buy Fresh Buy Local as part of the project “Creating A Culture of Conservation From Farm to Table for Water Quality and Agricultural Community Sustainability.” Funding for this project was provided by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation‘s Innovative Nutrient and Sediment Reduction Grant. Thanks to Ernie Didot for the videography work!
